01 / The challenge
The event wanted an innovative AI experience that could participate live rather than play a fixed animation. It had to be configured quickly, fit the programme’s tone and work reliably with the on-stage audiovisual environment.

I led solution configuration, conversational and persona design, technical integration, rehearsals, event-readiness testing and live operation.

Nova participated through genuine two-way live conversation, delivered after several days of focused configuration rather than a long custom-development cycle.
The experience combined a recognisable event persona with genuine live responses: no prerecorded interaction was used.
