01 / The challenge
Product data across many brands and downstream systems needed a governed source of truth plus reliable validation, transformation and distribution into each destination’s required format.
02 / What we delivered
- AWS architecture across development, UAT and production.
- Inbound file and API pipelines with validation and transformation.
- Outbound routing to SAP, Blue Yonder, POS, Microsoft Fabric and ecommerce.
- A controlled ingestion portal, monitoring and reusable mapping patterns.
03 / My contribution
As AWS Solution Architect and Integration Lead, I defined the architecture, led four AWS integration developers, coordinated with the Stibo stream, reviewed designs and code, removed blockers and introduced measured AI-assisted development methods.
04 / The outcome
Selected components are in production with other interfaces progressing through phased UAT and deployment, using a standard integration core that still supports destination and brand variation.
The platform balances a shared event-driven foundation for security and operations with configurable transformation logic at brand and destination level.
