The manufacturing group needed a reliable and reusable way to extract enterprise data for analytics and downstream integration while improving performance, supportability, upgrade resilience and cost management.

- A redesigned AuriVue cloud deployment for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Synapse Link ingestion and an Azure SQL reporting layer.
- Governed outputs for Power BI, Phocas and operational integrations.
- Deployment administration, monitoring, upgrade validation and handover.
03 / My contribution
I led the cloud and technical modernisation: architecture, transition planning, Azure and Dynamics 365 coordination, reporting and integration design, deployment validation, documentation and operational handover.
04 / The outcome
AuriVue is live and actively supported, providing a repeatable data foundation for analytics and operational integration without relying on brittle one-off extracts.
The same governed ERP data layer serves analytics and integration needs, with repeatable deployment and administration designed into the product.
