As Technical and AI Delivery Lead, I led architecture and delivery across the website, content platform, property integrations, conversational AI, cloud operations, quality assurance and ongoing support.

The live experience connects property content and AI assistance to real user pathways such as search, viewing bookings, maintenance and tenancy guidance.
Marcia can move a user from a natural-language need into live property and service workflows within the same digital experience.
