01 / The challenge
Business ordering, account visibility and customer servicing were fragmented across manual processes and enterprise systems. The experience needed to feel simple for customers while keeping Dynamics 365 authoritative.
02 / What we delivered
- A branded AuxiCommerce portal built on a reusable licensed product core.
- Catalogue, pricing, promotions, account hierarchies, invoices and order management.
- AuriVue synchronisation across customers, products, categories, invoices and orders.
- Security testing, environment governance, production support and roadmap planning.
03 / My contribution
I led product and solution architecture, technical delivery and go-live coordination across the portal, Dynamics 365 integration, AuriVue flows, cloud environments, security assurance and production support.
04 / The outcome
The platform launched successfully and remains in production support, giving business customers one self-service route into catalogue, order and account information.
Client-specific branding and rules sit on a shared commerce foundation, with AuriVue acting as the integration backbone rather than creating another isolated portal.
